Q. How long is the shelf-life of the salsa?
A. One year shelf-life if unopened
Q. How long does the salsa last once it is opened?
A. Two Months
Q. How long does shipping normally take?
A. All orders are shipped out from our facility via USPS or UPS. Shipping normally takes 3-5 business days.
Q. Does the product need to be refrigerated after opening?
A. Yes. Since we do not use any preservatives in our formula, please make sure to refrigerate after opening.
Q. What do I do if my order has not arrived by the promised date?
A. Please send an email to herbertssalsatx@gmail.com and we will contact the shipping carrier and immediately pass the update to you as soon as we hear from them.
Q. How do you handle damaged items?
A. Upon receiving your order, please immediately take detailed pictures and send them to herbertssalsatx@gmail.com. We cannot do much without pictures as we will have to file a claim with the according carrier. We will let you know how to proceed from there.
